Ron Starr and his team bring a refined eye for detail and a commitment to visual excellence that elevate every project from a simple image to a compelling brand story. With over 30 years experience shooting around the globe from the Indian Ocean to the Pacific Rim, Ron and his team are passionate about creating images that surpass clients' needs. Understanding that photo shoots require a team effort, we begin each assignment by having in depth pre-production calls with property team members and marketing staff. In addition, before each shoot, 1-2 on-site scout days take place to review locations and to create a working shoot schedule. These pre-shoot scout days are critical to the success of each assignment whereby we better understand our clients' needs and make key decisions about how each photograph is to be created. These "light bulb moments" set the tone for the entire shoot. Marketing needs are discussed, shoot angles finalized and prop/styling decisions are made. It is an exciting process.
