West Palm Beach: Experience Center for Related Ross
In collaboration with Noë & Associates and DCBolt Productions, Imerza designed a 10,000-square-foot experience center for Related Ross at West Palm Beach. This gallery combines spatial and interior design, digital twin technology, and content production - including interactive displays and digital showcase - to articulate the exciting vision and redevelopment ambition for Palm Beach County.
CBRE Market Canvas: Global Digital Twin + Market Research Software
CBRE partnered with Imerza to create a comprehensive market analysis tool and property showcase that propels the global brokerage to the forefront as a technology leader.
The product utilizes a global digital twin developed by aggregating top-tier data sources across all metro markets. The base data is enhanced with generative tools, guided by Imerza’s visual sensibilities, and data from various GIS sources to visualize market data in a photorealistic world.
City of Tampa: Digital Twin + Experience Center
SPP partnered with Imerza to create an immersive Experience Center for its Water Street Tampa development, featuring an impressive 17’ diameter circular, 3D printed scale model of downtown Tampa that is the first augmented reality city of this type and scale ever created. The multisensory experience embodies a fully interactive, real-time 3D “virtual city”, unparalleled in terms of its breadth of application and technological complexity.
SM Bay City: City Digital Twin & Management
SM Prime partnered with Imerza to create a digital twin for their new reclamation project, SM Bay City. The approximately 100 sq km digital twin will be used for initial master planning, throughout the design process, and for individual project marketing. It contains all major catalytic projects surrounding and/or adjacent to the reclamation project, including the Mall Of Asia Complex, SM by the Bay, and the CCP Complex.
