The Surrey Residences, New York

Aman Residences, Utah
Immersed in the striking desert landscape, Amangiri is a luxury resort like no other. Its twelve private residences have been thoughtfully crafted to embody the essence of seamless indoor-outdoor living. Guided by Amangiri’s philosophy of harmony, longevity, and reverence for Utah’s terrain, each home is shaped through a palette of cement, stone, and wood that mirrors the region’s sculptural geography.
Chedi Residences, Wadi Safar
Nestled against Wadi Safar’s dramatic cliffs, The Chedi Residences emerge as a masterclass in cultural authenticity and architectural elegance. Their design, crafted by Bjarke Ingels Group, marries a modern interpretation of Najdi heritage with understated luxury. With the brand’s emphasis on wellness, calm, and curated experiences, The Chedi aligns with Wadi Safar’s promise of a lifestyle that is both exclusive and restorative.
Rosewood Residences Old Lighthouse, Los Cabos
Rosewood Residences unveil their first standalone branded residences, Old Lighthouse in Los Cabos – a 550-acre sanctuary on the Baja Peninsula. Set amidst breathtaking cliffs and pristine beaches, this collection of private residences have been carefully curated to complement the cliffside topography, elegantly cascading across the extraordinary landscape.
Waldorf Astoria Residences, Yas Island
Aldar has introduced Waldorf Astoria Residences, the first ever branded residential development to Yas Island. Launched in May 2025, the waterfront scheme sold all 133 apartments and penthouse residences in 24 hours, breaking real estate records in Abu Dhabi.
Mandarin Oriental Residences, Madrid
Located in the exciting Salamanca neighbourhood of Madrid, these exceptional branded residences set a new standard for elevated city living.
