Designed by celebrated starchitect Robert A.M. Stern, 520 Park Avenue is an iconic building on New York City’s famed Upper East Side, overlooking Central Park.
With 64 floors it is the 36th tallest building in the city. It has only 35 absolutely exclusive residences, crowned by a $130 million triplex penthouse. Developed by Arthur and William Zeckendorf, this project is a star in its own right.

Using Piet Boon’s Dutch heritage and culturally-inspired design style as a driving inspiration, the brand, including naming, reflects functionality and simplicity interwoven with the subtleties of Dutch culture. Details of daily life in urban Brooklyn are carefully integrated into a strong neighborhood identity.

After receiving a BFA in Graphic Design and Photography, with a minor in Art History, Brandon moved to New York City, where he jump-started his design career within the real estate and hospitality industries. His unique approach is based on extensive experience within the design and art industries, as well as his on-going love for Architecture.
Keelan serves as Principal-in-Charge, where he leads with a strong background in architectural design, visualization, and technology. Keelan specializes in bringing creative visions to life in the 3D realm, Film and Immersive.
Helena is a senior brand strategist, storyteller and brand curator, with more than 25 years of cumulative working experience, and a multi-disciplinary academic background in the fields of communication, sociolinguistics, anthropology, political science and history, with bachelors, masters and Ph.D.
Tarek, as a creative director, is one of the most recognized designers across the Arab world. He has produced projects that have left a significant influence on the contemporary graphic design landscape in the Middle East, gaining international recognition. He speaks Arabic, French, English, Dutch, and Spanish fluently.
Pedja has been working with the seventh art well over a decade and has worked on all seventh art significant projects. Pedja has a dual role as creative director and digital director as he is an expert in all things digital, including the website production.
Michel has over 20 years of experience in development, marketing and branding. His strength lies in seeing global, best-in-class hospitality/real estate developments from inception to the launch and sales cycles. Michel has a degree in Architecture, teaching at Columbia University and Pratt.
