The Whiteley London, visualized by The Boundary, is a £1 billion redevelopment blending heritage with modern design. Located near Hyde Park, it features 139 unique residences and the UK’s first Six Senses Hotel, offering wellness-focused amenities like a spa, gym, and indoor pool. The project combines Foster + Partners’ architecture with luxurious interiors by AvroKO, creating a refined urban sanctuary with stunning city views and thoughtful restoration.
Central Park Tower, New York
Central Park Tower in Midtown Manhattan, designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill, rises 1,550 feet with 98 floors, making it the tallest primarily residential building worldwide. Located on Billionaires' Row, it features 179 luxury condominiums with interiors by Rottet Studio. The tower includes a Nordstrom store, extensive amenities like a private club on the 100th floor, and a cantilever maximizing Central Park views, blending cutting-edge engineering with refined design.
Waldorf Astoria, New York
The Waldorf Astoria New York, an Art Deco landmark completed in 1931, stands 47 stories and 625 feet tall in Midtown Manhattan. Designed by Schultze and Weaver, it was once the tallest and largest hotel globally. Renowned for its luxurious interiors, grand ballrooms, and historic suites, the hotel combines timeless elegance with prestigious history, featuring over 375 guestrooms and condominiums today.
