Central Park Tower, New York
Central Park Tower in Manhattan, designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture, is the tallest primarily residential building globally, soaring 1,550 feet with 98 above-ground floors. Its striking cantilever extends 28 feet over the landmarked Art Students League building, maximizing views of Central Park. The tower features a glass and aluminum façade with serpentine wave patterns at the base, housing ultra-luxury residences and a Nordstrom flagship store. Its reinforced concrete core and massive shear walls support the cantilever and slender structure, exemplifying cutting-edge engineering and elegant design on Billionaires’ Row.
The Whiteley, London
The Whiteley in London, designed by Binyan Studios, is a sophisticated residential project blending contemporary luxury with timeless elegance. One Sydney Harbour, Sydney
One Sydney Harbour by Renzo Piano Building Workshop redefines urban living with three crystalline towers reaching up to 250m. Located in Barangaroo, Sydney, the project features 799 luxury apartments with advanced low-iron glass facades that reflect the harbor’s light and water. Designed for sustainability and privacy, it offers natural ventilation, photovoltaic cells, and vibrant public spaces, setting a new benchmark for modern, elegant, and eco-friendly city living.
